A marvellous evening: first of all a wine tasting of local wines from all over the Valais in an old wine cellar followed by a tasty fondue or raclette AOC in the castle. Un evening different from the others!!! Maximum of 200 guests (dining rooms of 15, 35, 45, 60, 65 seats) for dinner and 50 for the wine tasting.
